I was born in Juneau, Alaska, 1979 and raised in the foothills of the Chugach mountain range overlooking Anchorage Alaska. As a youth I spent countless hours drawing, reading science-fiction and fantasy novels and playing with Legos.

At 18, I attended Linfield College where I discovered art as a career, long since having discovered it as a passion. Since then I have operated studios for painting, flame-working and welding in Oregon, Alaska, Washington and Georgia. I have put my Masters in Fine Arts studies on hold.
